Francisco Guerreiro MEP takes part in reforestation of native trees in Loulé
Loulé, January 14, 2023 - Yesterday morning, January 13, Francisco Guerreiro MEP took part in an initiative to reforest trees at the Azinhal site (parish of Alte), at the invitation of Loulé City Council.
Together with civil society and technicians from the municipality, 58 carob trees and 86 strawberry trees (native trees) were planted.
This was an action that Francisco Guerreiro took on “as compensation for his ecological footprint as an MEP”, he says on his social networks.
This initiative was the result of cooperation between Loulé City Council and the Greens, with the aim of mitigating climate change and safeguarding the environment.
