We strongly supported waste prevention measures from the start and fought against their weakening during the negotiations. We were the main drivers behind securing a robust PFAS ban, adding new restrictions on single-use packaging and ensuring that EU recyclers are not disadvantaged by imports of cheap recycled plastic
